While you may place your orders 24 hours a day, our online office is open Monday - Thursday, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm (Eastern). Emails are responded to from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Eastern.

Electronically Downloadable plays and skits are processed 24 hours a day 7 days a week and are emailed immediately upon receipt of payment. If you do not receive it within 20 minutes of payment please check your spam folder. If not there immediately email us as the only other reason you do not receive it is if you submitted an invalid email.
